Every piece of leather goods we offer is one-of-a-kind. To ensure impeccable quality, each item is made exclusively to order, just for you, as soon as your order is confirmed.

The meticulous work of our artisans takes time. Please allow up to 2 weeks for production before your piece is ready to ship. We sincerely thank you for your patience—it’s the price you pay for an exceptional product created just for you!

To offer you the highest level of craftsmanship, our workshops are located in Thailand, the millennia-old birthplace of Galuchat. Once the custom production is complete (within 2 weeks), your package is carefully packed and shipped directly from our workshops to France.

Don't worry, this is completely normal! Since our products are shipped from abroad, the shipping process takes place in two steps: ​

• International transit: Your package first travels from our workshop to France. During this initial phase, the domestic carrier (such as La Poste / Colissimo) has not yet physically taken possession of the package on French soil. The tracking link may therefore appear as “inactive” or “awaiting pickup.” ​
• Arrival in France: As soon as your package arrives in France and is scanned by the local carrier, your tracking number is activated instantly, and you can track its progress step by step all the way to your home.

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our workshop (approximately 2 weeks after your purchase). Just keep in mind that you'll have to wait until the package arrives in France for the detailed delivery steps to appear on the tracking website.
